With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and housing, I bring a unique combination of real estate, legal, and housing knowledge to every client I serve. As a Florida Real Estate Broker Associate and certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) Specialist, I assist clients with residential and commercial real estate, traditional home sales, and the added complexities of short sales and foreclosure-related transactions.

My professional background also includes military housing with the Department of Defense, as well as extensive experience working for a HUD contractor supporting Project-Based Section 8 housing programs. This experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of housing from both the government and private real estate perspectives, including the unique needs of military families and individuals participating in federally assisted housing programs.

With a degree in Paralegal Studies and experience working alongside attorneys, I understand the unique circumstances that can arise when real estate is involved in probate matters and inherited properties. I work with families, personal representatives, and their attorneys to help navigate the real estate side of these transactions with knowledgeable and compassionate guidance.
